Growing up, I was deeply rooted in my community, where strong family ties and neighborly bonds were the norms. After high school, I embarked on a new adventure by joining the Navy, where I learned invaluable lessons in adaptability and empathy while serving alongside people from diverse backgrounds.
Now as a Navy veteran turned real estate professional, I bring a personalized approach shaped by my military background and close-knit community upbringing. I’m committed to treating each client as an individual, tailoring my services to meet their unique needs and goals. Hi I’m Isaac!
My journey began on the West Side, deeply rooted in family, culture, and history. In high school, I was on track for a conventional life—college, career, and family—but felt a pull to do more. This led me to the Navy, where I spent six transformative years. A key moment came when Chief Reagan challenged me with the motto, “never let them outwork you,” a drive that still fuels me today.
After the Navy, I became a supervisor at a manufacturing company, but the long hours and limited family time pushed me to seek a change. I discovered a passion for sales, which eventually led me to real estate. I started as a loan originator and grew into my current role as a Realtor®, where I find fulfillment in helping clients achieve their dreams. There’s nothing like witnessing that moment when everything clicks for them.
Guided by dedication to family, faith, and the lessons I’ve learned, I focus on serving the veteran and Latino community and understanding their unique needs. Hi I’m Ivan!
I got into real estate through a job fair — but what truly convinced me to pursue this path was the opportunity to help my community build wealth and inspire others to aim for something greater. Real estate became more than a career choice; it became a mission.
Before earning my real estate license, I worked as a busser and food runner at a restaurant. Prior to that, I was an intern at Medtronic, a cashier at Home Depot, and my very first job was on an assembly line. Each role shaped the way I manage my time, stay disciplined, and prioritize what truly matters.
I love educating my clients. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing their faces light up when I explain something strategic or offer a creative solution that brings clarity or excitement.
